Some of you may think that it is the same people.
The reason is that “the same people keep winning” and “there is no generational change, which is known as a downward spiral.
That’s why I’m going to explain it to you this time.

Some people say, “Isn’t she the undisputed champion of women’s wrestling?
But she has been a champion of the world. She has been knocking down the stakes all over the world.

In this canoeing race, there are people who are never at the top of the world, who can’t even pass the qualifying rounds, and only win the domestic races.
The uninformed media, as in the case of canoeing articles, are always talking about how many consecutive victories there have been. or an Olympian’s victory.
They may be happy with what is written by people who are paid hundreds of dollars to write about the frog in the well.

The fact that the same people who are not world class keep winning.
This shows that the JCF has no canoeing leadership and that it is a bunch of leaders with no canoeing education.
It is safe to assume that this is a strange environment where there are no stakes.

The reason for the unpopularity of the sport is that it does not allow children to dream

.
When anyone starts canoeing, they dream of improving and winning.
The same goes for other sports such as soccer and baseball.
The same is true for other sports such as football and baseball, where generational changes occur frequently, and the sudden emergence of a younger generation, or sensationalism, occurs depending on the leadership skills.

However, due to the lack of knowledge about coaching, such things never happen.
Weak-minded organizations will then proceed to the nightmare of recruiting people who have mastered the latest coaching college courses.
Coaching skills, I feel, have little overlap with what researchers do to develop athletes.

In fact, even students who have been training in Japan for years have not improved at all, and when they see their peers in other countries competing in the world, they understand what the difference is.
When they see the lively faces of the foreign athletes participating in the races, testing their abilities, and seeing the confidence that comes from winning, they can sense, even if they are not there, what the tremendous difference is, even though they are working hard too.
When people realize this reality, they sell off their boats at a certain age.

Would you sell a baseball player just because he stopped playing the glove? Some people keep it for life.
That’s probably because they want to come back and enjoy it anytime they want.
Selling the boat means saying goodbye to the competition.
It is unlikely that they will buy another one.

However, in Europe, which is known as a leading canoeing country, the sport is enjoyed throughout one’s life, and competitions are held according to age. In Europe, where canoeing is considered to be a lifelong sport, competitions are held according to age.

In the next strongest book that I am planning to publish, I have written about the equipment that is necessary for education, but many people have a big misunderstanding about this as well. In that book, I write about the basic techniques that have won the world and how to practice pivoting, but it’s been so long since I could practice in Corona that I don’t care anymore. I don’t feel like selling it.

No one will improve with such leadership

.
To get back to the point, I started competing and there is no way to improve, no way to expand the base.
If you think that this will lead to the development of the sport, you will immediately feel something is wrong.

Everyone wants to get better and have more fun.
The children who want to start the game know that there is a wall that prevents them from moving forward, and there are only instructors who do not have the answer.
Who would want to continue with the sport?
It’s just a memory from my school days.
It was fun boating.
They seem to think that these people are the same as those who really want to win the competition.

The course was built with a huge amount of tax money.
And a course that costs hundreds of millions of yen to maintain every year.

Competition management that does not attract people.
If they can’t convince the taxpayers, the facilities will be sold at book value, and the facilities will be left to fall into disrepair, or in the case of Tokyo, converted to alternative sports.
If you have seen many of these cases, you know what I’m talking about.
This is already a bad situation.

The director of the JCF has no idea.

If someone doesn’t preach, this sport in this country will certainly have no future. .
CKNM is saying.

Well, not for the JCF.
I remembered how they were complicit in defrauding the JOC of their remuneration as the highest level of coaches, and I remembered how they had no proper social knowledge, no courage or will to say it as justice, and I remembered how they pointed out the accounting fraud by the comptroller. I was also reminded of the accounting auditor who pointed out the accounting irregularities, and the political use of the former president, and the fact that these people have no love for canoeing. So it’s an organization that communicates the wrong things.
If it were different, it would have been corrected from the start, but the reality has not changed even after 20 years. It would have been much worse if this CKNM site hadn’t been poking around in the dark about the canoeing organization.
Children can be fooled, but adults can see.

I don’t want to write too much.
When no one gives you an opinion, it means you’ve been abandoned, it means the end of the end….

This time I am not going to write my findings for each person.
